Some new and used automotive parts may have existing damage, cracks, broken areas, scratches, dents, missing pieces, repairs, wear or other imperfections.
Any known damage or defects will be shown in the product photos and/or mentioned in the product description.
By purchasing an item, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted all damage, defects and imperfections clearly shown or described before purchase.
Damage or defects clearly disclosed before purchase are not considered a valid reason for a return or refund.
Colors, appearance and condition may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and the customer’s screen.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the part number, fitment and compatibility are correct for their vehicle before placing an order.
Vehicle year, make and model information alone may not always guarantee compatibility.
If necessary, customers should verify the OEM part number or consult a qualified automotive professional before purchasing.
Guvanch Auto Parts is not responsible if a customer orders an incorrect part or a part that does not fit because incorrect compatibility information was used.
SECTION 4 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.
Guvanch Auto Parts reserves the right to accept, decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary.
An order may be cancelled if the product is unavailable, pricing information is incorrect, payment cannot be processed, fraud is suspected or another legitimate issue prevents us from fulfilling the order.
If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Damage that was clearly shown or described before purchase is not considered new shipping damage.
